Excellent facility, State of the art equipments and very knowledgable staff. Have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends.

he is a phenomenal dentist. I met him through the army and he has always taken good care of me. in the past I had a veneer that cracked and he fixed it even though my insurance did not want to cover it. dr Gondi called the insurance and got them to pay for it. in the past I had to go in for 2 visits for a crown but he got it done in one visit.

About Front Desk: polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. very responsive and they have a nice waiting room.

Dr. Gondi is an expert in his area. He explains the whole process in detail and helps the patient relax through the entire process. I had my kids cleaning, x-rays and extractions done by Dr. Gondi and they absolutely love his approach. My Daughter who was stressed with the idea of teeth extraction, felt confident and relieved after Dr. Gondi spoke to her. The day of the procedure everything went as planned and my daughter did extremely well. A big thanks to Dr. Gondi and his team.

About Front Desk: Jackie and Candy, the front desk staff are the best. They greet by name and have everything ready by the time I walk-in. They know exactly why we are there even before I tell them. They have arranged everything with my insurance (pre-approvals etc) and explain the costs clearly. The wait time has practically been less than 3 minutes after go in at my appointment time. There were times where I had requested for the billing invoice and the shchool excuse note to be e-mailed and I had it in my email within seconds. I wish all dentist facilities are as organized and as courteous as MG family Denistry... Their process and treatment is so above and beyond that I decided to write this review.

Dr. Gondi is very friendly and is very knowledgeable in his work. He noticed an issue with one of the 4 a crowns that I wanted him to see before I was able to point it out and that 2 previous dentist had missed. He also answered all of my questions and I was very satisfied with his answers. This was one of the best exams that I've ever had.

I went in for exactions and dentures had been looking for a while for a dentist they got me in quickly and everyone there felt like family from the moment I arrived very nice willing to work with me to get me every thing I needed. They made me feel at ease. I would recommend them to any one.

About Front Desk: 5 stars love the front desk they take the time to talk to you and answer your questions it's like you're talking to your friends very calm and you leave feeling informed.

About Hygienist: 5 stars very sweet and welcoming answered all my questions before I ask.

I visited DMD for the first time about 2 years ago with a complaint of sensitivity of teeth to coldness. I had the benefit of a thorough examination by Dr.Gondi and scaling and deep cleaning of gums by his staff. After the conclusion of these operations I had the benefit of counseling by Dr.Gondi on good practices of personal dental care. Recently, I had to visit DMD for help regarding the same problem of sensitivity of teeth to coldness. Dr.Gondi referred to the old records and asked me if I were following his instructions regarding dental care. It transpired that I was transgressing one or two of his instructions. Then he told me in an even and firm tone that as a professor I must be aware that a teacher can only remain a helpless spectator if the student does not follow the instructions of the teacher and consequently does not show much progress in studies. He told me that a doctor’s plight is exactly similar. He then counseled me again on how I should take care of my gums. His reasoned criticism shamed me in to silence and strengthened my resolve to care for my health better. His attitude reminded me of the words of the Hippocratic oath, ‘there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and ....'
