I was attracted by Suwanee Dental Care at the beginning because it looks so professional and every dental assistant seems well trained. Dr. Hayward is good at tooth filling and extraction. He did those jobs quickly with little pain. However, I had three crowns done by Dr. Hayward. Every tooth ended up with a root canal surgery after the crown was permanently seated. When I had the temporary crowns on, my teeth were uncomfortable and sensitive to cold. But Dr. Hayward told me that my feeling was absolutely normal with the temporary crowns. He comforted me with confidence that I would be fine with the permanent crowns. However, none of the 3 teeth was fine with the beautiful permanent crown later on. Dr. Hayward ground my crowns and teeth opposite several times. He still told me it was normal because it takes time for recovery. Unfortunately I had to do root canal surgeries for all 3 teeth eventually. Each crown was drilled a hole in the mid to do the RC surgery. After that, the top surface of the crown was flushed flat without its original morphology. Now those three teeth have nothing but damaged crowns after his professional treatment.
