Front desk Admin slow, rude, ignorant, argumentative. don't know how to check an insurance card. took 1 hour and 30 minutes to enter information, and then to tell me I have to wait for the insurance response. a waste of time.

TOOK MY MONEY $20K, TRIED 3 TIMES TO FIX THE NEEDED WORK BUT COULDN'T FINISH THE JOB, LEFT MY TOUNG, LIP, AND BOTTOM JAW PERMANANTLY NUMB, I HAVE NO TEETH NOR CORRECT SPEECH, DIDN'T OFFER TO RETURN MY MONEY, TRIED TO SEND ME TO ANOTHER PLACE IN NEW JERSEY BUT DIDN'T OFFER TO PAY THEM TO COMPLETE THE JOB. OLLA WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS BUT SHE WAS QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY BEFORE THEY WOULD OPERATE, I WAS TOLD THAT ONLY 3 PROCEDURES COULD BE DONE BUT I FOUND OUT THAT THERE WERE UP TO 64 DIFFERENT CHOICES I COULD HAVE DONE THAT WOULD NOT HAVE PERMANANTLY RUINED MY MOUTH AND CHIN, I WON'T GO OUT IN PUBLIC TO EAT, I HAVE BEEN EATING SOUP OR SOFT FOODS FOR 10 MONTHS NOW, I STOPPED DOING PUBLIC SPEAKING AND BEING A REALTOR BECAUSE I'M EMBARRASED OF MY LOOKS AND SPEECH. THEY TOLD ME THE NUMBNESS WILL NEVER GO AWAY AND THEY COULD DO NO MORE. THE RETURN OF MY MONEY AND A MOUTH FULL OF IMPLANTS, NOT DENTURES, PAID BY SMILE KRAFTERS TO THEIR OWN ORAL SURGEON IN NJ WAS ALL I WANTED BUT THEIR HEARTLESS NON CARING ATTITUDE HAS LEFT ME NO CHOICE BUT TO SEEK LEGAL ACTION WHICH WILL COST THEM $1-5 MILLION FOR NEGLIGANCE, MAL-PRACTICE, SUFFERING, PERMANANT FACIAL DAMAGE, AND PERMANANT MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. Root canal, dirty rooms, 3 different dentists,
3.5hr temp crown visit very busy, staff nice after finding out my
appt. was not in computer when I arrived. 1.5hr permanent
crown visit. Never recommend to anyone. Lost 4 customers.

We were looking for a new dentist and now my family of five goes to smilekrafters. I had to see the gum specialist for some receeding gums , he was really gental and did a great job. I love it there!
