He seemed to be a good dentist at first, cared about his work. I have found myself going back to him too often to fix his mistakes and he is very unprofessional when his staff schedules you at one time and then write down a different time on card. His billing clerk over charges you ($100 at a time) and never tells you that you have a credit. The only reason I've had credits is because I questioned it when my EOB statements came.
Can not schedule you in a reasonable amount of time when your in pain. overall just bad business and unprofessional.
About Front Desk: Front desk was very nice, but they over charged me multiple times and never told me I had a credit. They schedule me at one time and then write down a different time on the card.
