Dr. Joyce was excellent. Her chairside manner was outstanding, she was friendly, personable, and made me feel comfortable. I was in extreme pain and felt nothing by the time I left. She fit me in at the last minute. The procedure ended up being more expensive than I was quoted over the phone but they still gave me the quoted price. Dr. Xia and her staff were awesome. It is the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Highly recommended. I have seen her twice now and will continue to do so.

The office instrument is outdated comparing to other dentist that I visited. The computer technology is not up to date. The x-ray can not be seen from the computer right away. The doctor was rush in treating my tooth. Overall experience is not pleasant.

If you are looking for that rare kind of dentist who is professional, thorough and very knowledgeable, and also at the same time, caring, honest, warm and friendly, then Dr. Xia is the dentist for you.
I came in for a cleaning but also needed to have crowns put in. The cleaning was truly the best cleaning I've ever had and I walked away feeling my teeth fresh and bright.
My two crowns required a few visits, and each time, Dr Xia took the time to explain everything and took me through the steps of the procedure so I didn't fee anxious of what was coming. She's encouraging and just helps you feel that you are in the best of hands.
