I had never had a root canal before and found that I needed two emergeny root canals. Dr. Baldassari -Cruz was very professional, put me at ease, discussed every single step of the process and waited patiently to be sure I was feeling calm and in no pain. She was wonderful. She called me back in a few days, I told her I had some headaches and discomfort and did not mess around and got me on antibiotics , antinflamatories and pain releivers to be sure to prevent possible infection (no fault of her work) she was calming, thorough, left me her personal cell phone number to be certian I called her for anything if I felt uncomfortable.
The office is very zen and calming and her staff was kind, skilled and professional.
Root canals are not fun but this is the right person to put you at ease, high skill level, very competent and goes over and above for her patients. She really cares for your wellbeing and comfort. 100% recommendation.

I had an emergency root canal and a buildup for crown done with Dr.Baldassari. She was very easy to talk to and was thoroughly professional. I was in extreme pain for days before I went to her and within a day of seeing her my swelling went down and pain began to subside- her bedside manner was great , through thr all ordeal she kept talking to me to keep me distratcted so I don't focus on the pain.

Professional, confident and explains thoroughly procedures.
Staff was friendly and professional as well. No discomfort during or afterwards.
Sent off letter and xray to primary dentist promptly.
If you need a root canal, Dr. Baldassari-Cruz is worth it!

Very pleasant and supportive - spent plenty of time to openly discuss treatment and explain options and followup. Excellent "bedside manner," quite unlike many other aloof/arrogant doctors and dentists in the neighborhood.
Costwise: I have nothing to compare it to. Probably average for the (upscale) neighborhood. Dr. BC and her office manager were aware of my concern about cost, and worked within the system to try to reduce my out-of-pocket spend. I was impressed by their efforts to help - again, unlike many healthcare providers.
I'm not qualified to judge the technical quality of Dr. BC's work, and have no basis for comparison. The pain is gone.
Having (needing) a root canal is not one of life's peak experiences, but Dr. Baldassari-Cruz will help you get through it in the best way possible. I highly recommend her!
