I've been patient of Dr. Shibasaki for a very long time. I feel I have a trusting relationship. He cares for my teeth when I've had cavities. He's replaced old crowns that were made too flat by my predecessor dentist(s). He's fixed chips on my tooth from me occasionally biting too hard on food. He makes himself available when I've had old crowns falling out. I highly recommend Dr. Shibasaki for all general dentistry work. He is friendly and very straight-forward. There's a beautiful view of the San Gabriel mountains that I look at while I am sitting in the chair. It is a good experience and not a bit scary.
About Hygienist: The hygienist(s) are very good at cleaning my teeth. I have had the same hygientist now for about 6 years. I have regular check-ups and teeth-cleaning. I feel comfortable with my smile because my teeth look good.

I never liked dentists growing up but Dr. Shibasaki is hands down the best dentist I've ever had. And his receptionist is the most pleasant person I have ever met. Just hearing her reminder voicemails makes me happy.
About Hygienist: The hygienists are also very good.

Dr. Shibasaki took over Ed Griebe's practice. He's been great. I have moved our of the immediate area but still drive over there from West LA because I have been completely satisfied with his services.
On price, I don't know the market, but I do know he is much more reasonable than west side dentists.
About Hygienist: Never a problem, his people are great at their jobs and very pleasant.

I've been seeing this dentist for nearly 4 years now and have only good things to say about him. Prior to finding Dr. Shibasaki I had been "between" dentist, having gone to some that were ok but none that I liked. The atmosphere is very low key and low stress. The office is a very small 60's era professional bungalo in South Pasadena. The staff are all very freindly and skilled.
I have had two crowns done and have had no problems with them since the proceedure 3 years ago. Dr. Shibasaki took great care in their fitting and the results have been outstanding. If your looking for a talented and compationate dentist in the Pasadena area I can wholehartedly recommend Dr. Eugh Shibaski.

Dr. Shibasaki was great, friendly. He explained eveything and provide great advice concerning my condition.
