The receptionist Vivian is extremely difficult to deal with and rude.

The Manager in this dental office is the worst person you ever want to encounter with. She has no manner and very rude. This ifacility is the last place you want to go.

Dr. Haddad is one of the the best Dentists we've had! The whole staff is great and they work very well together. It is a very comfortable atmosphere, and they are especially good with children. I have 2 daughters that are terrified of Dentists, but they love Dr. Haddad and his staff and they trust them, which is a key element. They are willing to work out paypment plans also, which is a big plus.

Overall excellent in all areas. Takes MediCal and treats those patients the same as all other patients. Most other dentists give MediCal patients second rate treatment.
