I was sent by my dentist to Kwor Loo's office for a root canal. The receptionist - Carolyn- was very rude. When I went back to my dentist for the crown I was told that the root canal was done incorrectly. I had to make another appointment with the endodonist to correct the root canal. She told me it was done correctly and sent me back to my dentist. I asked to speak to Dr Loo but was told that he was in China. They said that he would call me when he returned from China. He never did contact me and I have not had the crown done.

he is great and does painless root canals. Staff is great and very helpful.

root canals, he is the perverbial lion and mouse that is to say the mouse pulled the thorn from the lions paw. office girls are not as cooperative as they could be in relationship to insurance billing and helping a patient keep track of deductions and working codes. billing girl is quite snooty and could care less about patient's insurance limits and will not be helpful so be sure one's insurance is not exhasted.Extremly expensive if one has not got great insurance. dr.'s collegues have a lot to be desired, but Dr. loo is excellent. his chairside manner is absolutely professional and above all his voice is quiet and reassuring.
