I am so glad my dentist recommended Dr. Williams. My experience was nothing but positive. If you need a root canal this is the office to go to! I have had many root canals over the years but his technique and mannerism were incredible. There was no pain during the procedure. He kept good conversation during the root canal and his assistant as well.
About Front Desk: The front office was so helpful. Checking insurance details, driving directions. I felt personally cared for from my first phone conversation to when I left the office.

he did not use topical on my 83 year old mother she was in extreme pain when she went in there gave her shots that made her yell and he did not stop did the wrong tooth!! a root canal she was pale coming out, she was in extreme pain threw the night to the point she wanted an ambulance to take her to the hospital!! then she went back to the dentist who sent her there and said "yes he did the wrong tooth, so the dentist who sent her to stevens recommended she see dr. craig dunlap he even said " wrong tooth with out having to get steve williams in trouble my sister in law sent us to dr. jeff erickson he was kind enough to take her bridge off do the right tooth with another root canal fixed the botch one and my mom could eat right andfter slept well and needed no pain pills and he even put a new bridge at no charge!! great dentist he is in castro valley, steve williams is in livermore, poor mom ended up paying double and steve would not offer her back her money.
