I cannot entirely blame the dentist, but the staff, I can hazard, is completely responsible for my terrible time once again having my teeth examined. The hygenist I had was stern and not very easygoing. He made my experience very unmemorable, and I do not plan on returning ever again.

Dr. Susana Hoe is an awesome professional dentist. She spends her time to take care of you instead of rushing the job. She is extremely thorough and gentle when it comes to your dental needs. She has 4 operatory rooms. However when you are at her dental office you are the only patient she sees. You are the only one she is catering to. She is the only dentist there and does all the work including cleaning (no dental hygienist). She has a few assistants.
I used to work for her awhile ago. I am familar about the office inside and out. The dental office is super sanitized. She would go as far as have the dental room cleaned atleast 3 times with atleast 3 different cleaning agents after all /every patients.
The same goes for the solutions being changed asap. Any filling traps would be cleaned out monthly or sooner. The dental tools takes an extra step to sanitize.
Of course I am now her patient. I have been for a long time. All her dental equipment is in excellant and up to date shape.
If you do visit her office and do not find that she has the latest technology or recommends a certain procedure for your teeth. It is due to reasons that the type of technology has not gotten extremely great yet. She wants the best technology for her patients that gives the most quality back.
Her main philosophy is to do as much dental maintaince so to avoid high cost and invasive work done on your teeth. That way- your teeth will keep its shape versus being drilled/ pulled.
I of course recommend Dr. Hoe all the time and they all tell me what an awesome dentist she is.
I do not get any advertisement money etc from Dr. Susana Hoe. I wanted to share what a cool dentist she is. She has about 10 years of experience and is a graduate of UOP.

Very relaxing, dedicated, gentle and she is really interested in the health of my teeth. No rush-rush service.
