Excellent work, service. Root canal treatment was done in one sitting. Pain less. Saturday and Sunday appointments are convenient.

Very friendly and professional. I felt like I was listened to and not rushed. I was educated on various choices I have and Dr. Kothuri helped me priroitize and plan for my treatment. Gina and Mark are very friendly. I could communicate with the Dr. via email. The service I received was excellent

I have been to many dentist to find one that works best for me. Had some dental work done and Dr. Kothuri i did an excellent job. She called up to make sure I was feeling good. Haven't seen such great customer service in years. Her staff is efficient and polite.
My friends who have been her clients for 8 yrs referred me to Dr. Kothuri.
About Hygienist: As for duration, hygiene, thorough , gentle and feel clean, I would give A+ .

Dr. Lalitha Kothuri is very professional and all one could ask of a dentist. I lost my fear of sitting in a dentist's chair and no matter what the procedure feel safe in her hands. She is the dentist for my entire family. My husband has had root canal done successfully. I have had deep cleaning done and she paces all work to minimise personal discomfort. She has attended to my children through high school.
Her chairside manners are excellent. She ensures that I am comfortable. They have excellent support with insurance and directly work to collect from them etc. Front desk staff is great! Getting appointments is easy. Dr. Kothuri is excellent for keeping on time.
I have recommended her to many of my friends and would recommend her again!

Very poor business management. Not consistant on my treatment costs and billed me for things they said were covered. Very unorganized office. Won't go back there again.

I took my daughter to this doctor in 2005 and the experience had been okay.. They did not allow me to sit in the same room as my daughter, so that was a bit uncomfortable..but I the cleaning process was okay without any issues.
