Dr Edward McCall was at 1021 S Wolfe was amazing. He never did any surgery/work if it was not needed. I have heard all dentists are out there to see what extra they can do to make money (and may be that is the reason they dont give out the xray to get a 2nd opinon).
He has retired so I am still looking for a good dentist :(

Dr. McCall is a wonderful dentist. I have been going to his office for over 15 years. I like his approach to dentistry. The entire office staff is wonderful.

The Dr. is pedantic and sometimes condesending to his patients. He is extrememly inconsiderate of his patients needs, like the need to breathe. An example shows his attitude. Before a procedure, I told him that I had a cold and could not breathe well through my nose. He proceeded to fill the back of my throat with water. When I complained that I could not breathe, he said basically, "Tough it out."
