Dr. Poon is the most caring dentist I have ever known of. He is outstanding technically also incredibly caring. I would recommend him to every one.

I once went to see his associate Michael Chang. I asked the receptionist specifically about the coverage of my insurance before I went there and she told me that my insurance would cover all expenses, including my son's. So I felt relieved to go there to have my dental work. But after the dental work was performed, I received a bill from Dr. Poon's office asked me to pay $220 which they said was not covered by my insurance. I was shocked and called his office and talked to the admin. and did not get it resolved.. Therefore I don't want to go back there anymore. I felt I was cheated!

I highly recommend Dr. Poon. He explains things clearly, will answer questions patiently, and he fixed a chipped tooth I had very competently. What I most like about him, however, is that he is conservative: he will not push unnecessary procedures on you. If you care about fancy facilities, he isn't your guy, but if you want quality dental care, then definitely go see him.

Dr. Poon and Ines, his reception desk manager, are two distinguished professionals that we really treasure and respect highly . They work hand in hand, they are very welcoming, peaceful, kind and above all very reassuring, delicate, thorough, honest, helpful and accomodating. We have been their clients for 14 years.
We commend them for the great job they perform.
Dr. Poon's professionalism is above excellence, as he does it with the heart and a lot of dedication. When he refers us to other doctors he sends us to the best ones and makes sure to follow up. Thank you Doctor. & we wish you all the very best.
Needless to say that his staff takes after him too.

Dr Poon is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable. I've had him as a dentist for many many years. He does a very thorough job on my teeth cleaning everytime and is also very caring! I recommend Dr. Poon!
