I wanted to submit this review because I submitted another particularly negative review for Dr. Tan's practice partner, Dr. Donald Watters. Dr. Tan works in the same office with Dr. Watters, but I found her care to be excellent and her hygienist to be extremely professional and gentle. I really liked Dr. Tan, her work and her hygienist (this hygienists was not Mary, who I mentioned in the other review). But sadly, the same complaint about the rudeness and unprofessionalism of Mary the hygienist and the front desk person who loudly complained about another patient (who was late) as well as some other experiences I have had with Dr. Tan's partner, have forced me to change dentists. Dr. Tan should start her own practice with her hygienist and a new front desk person who does not drive her customers away.
