I'm 55 years old and Dr. Tsai is the best dentist that I've ever had - by far. I trust him because he doesn't recommend extensive treatments unless he's considered all options. Great guy!

Dr. Tsai is one of the best dentists I've ever had. When I needed novacaine, he injected it a little at a time so that the procedure was pain-free. He's honest and ethical, never pushing more dental work on me than I need. I can always count on him for a true assessment of my teeth and what REALLY needs to be done....if anything. And his referrals are excellent. When I needed a root canal, he sent me to an expert. And when I needed oral surgery, again I was sent to the best. I highly recommend Dr. Tsai and his staff.

About Hygienist: I've had several very good hygienists in Dr. Tsai's office. One has since become a dentist (remaining in that office), and another is studying to become one.

3 months ago I came to Dr. Tsai complaining about pain in one of my teeth, he took x-rays and told me that I do not have a problem. Last week I had to have an oral surgery due to infection. He and his office are very nice but if you are seeking good dental care find another dentist.

New offices are terrific. All new and very high tech. Dr. Tsai is friendly, not rushed, explains options, VERY skilled and careful. Will not sell services that are not needed. Saved a large cavity that any other dentist would have easily recommended a root canal and crown. Dr. Tsai has a technique with novacaine shots. You don't know he is giving them!!

About Hygienist: All hygenists have been friendly, careful and thorough. Dr. Tsai demands meticulous cleaning.
