I had no problem with the dentist himself for several years as I used to go to him. My problems happened with their billing for procedures not completed and for multiple billings of procedures that were never started. When I finally contacted the dentist himself, his nice demeanor changed to that of a collection agent as opposed to the kindly dentist. I came to this site to find a new dentist to fix the open tooth I have right now as opposed to this dentist that left me half way through the job for a dispute on a $100 bill that all I asked for was proof of what was done since I had already paid it twice. Bad business since my total procedure would be around $4000 which I was paying in cash and basically the good doctor and his staff jumped over a dollar to steal a dime.
