I found Dr Joe Snider through 2 coworkers who both see him and both raved, yet neither knew the other was a patient! So even though he is out of my neighborhood, I gave him a try and my experience with the staff scheduling the appointment gave me a preview of the way they run their office. Super friendly (genuinely nice people) and efficient-they check benefits and are on the ball about when to schedule stuff so I dont get stuck with a big bill. I had some xrays, an exam and cleaning initially, all went smoothly. Dr Joe is such a likeable and funny guy it's a pleasure to go in (ya I just wrote that I LIKE going to the dentist!) When I had a tooth root go bad on me one evening soon after my initial appt, Dr Joe helped me out afterhours with a prescription and a very reassuring and professional manner. He and his staff helped me out tremendously in diagnosing the problem and coordinated referrals to specialists. Finally, I just had a temporary crown done and it wasn't a bad experience at all! Dr Joe respectfully explains what he's doing and acts as though he hasnt said the very same thing to thousands of patients before! For all these reasons I hope his practice flourishes so Im taking the time to write this. 2 thumbs up for Dr Joe!

Dr Snider and his wife Terri took over PB dentistry from my original dentist, Dr Douglas, and I am very pleased with the transition. I usually wait no more than several minutes to be seen for my appointments. Dr Snider and Dr Nguyen are both very personable which helps create a relaxed atmosphere in their office. I have had all regularly scheduled check-ups and cleanings with their practice, and can say they are knowlegable and thorough and take the time to answer any questions I may have. I am very satisfied overall with PB Dentistry and their concern for my dental health.

This is for both Dr Snider and his wife Dr Nguyen as they work as a team. Dr Snider is technically good, i.e. I had no trouble with his actual dental work. Dr. Nguyen botched a root canal as well as several simple fillings (which still hurt me). My beef with Dr Snider is that he promised me that Dr Nguyen's work was guaranteed, and that they had a close associate endodontist who would fix any problems with the root canal free of charge should they arise so the work was guaranteed. I had him reiterate this promise several times, as I was surprised by it, so all the more surprised was I when the root canal did in fact go bad, and I was subsequently given the run-around. Instead of the promised "we'll make it good", I was eventually referred to a very expensive endodontist who was not at all interested in any story about Dr Snider's guarantees. Subsequent attempts to talk to or make an appointment w Dr Snider met with the "he's very busy" routine, how about a month from next tuesday?

Put a whole crown with no complications, no pain. The staff made sure that everything was taken cared of (insurance, co-payments.)
