Dr. Woolard is is ok but the staff is horrible. Worst experience ever. They are quoting me around $2200 with insurance. I did my homework and I can get the same job done for 1/2 of this price. The staff it is awful, my son complaint that one of the assistant was rude to him and it is been 2 weeks since I took my kids and I am still waiting for the dental plan, I just got the price. We will never go to this place again.

I had always been very satisfied until the last visit that we made to Dr. Woolard's office. I needed something done for my daughter's front teeth and instead of helping me with an easy and unexpensive solution, she suggested Veneers for my 13 y/o. This would have cost me $1400.
FYI: I have been told by a few dentists not to have veneers put on children until they are at least 25 because they are usually done growing by then.

All 3 of my children (ages 9, 7 and 2) ENJOY and look forward to going to the dentist and she is not even a pediatric specialty dentist. It is a very family friendly environment and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. I recommend my dentist to everyone when the topic comes up. Wait times are minimum and the facility is always clean. She works alone with the exception of her 2 hygienists, so there are no surprises when you book your appointment.

Dr. Woolard is very friendly and puts patients at ease. Her equipment appears reasonably modern. Dr. Woolard is very hands on and even cleaned my teeth personally rather than having a subordinate do it like so many other offices. When I needed an interim cleaning, I received a discount off the $95 price. All staff is very friendly. Most of her staff seems to be bilingual. Highly recommended and good value for the money if you don't have insurance.

Customer service at Dr. Woolard's office was terrible. Her "fill in" was supposed to do my treatment however she kept me waiting over an hour and she never educated me regarding my treatment, she tried delegating that to her assistant. I will never go back.

Dr Woolard took the time to explain everything in great detail. She and her staff are warm and friendly and have not tried to push any additional treatments or products unlike the "dental centers" I have tried in the past.
