The dentist and hygenist were honestly seemingly pretty adept at their work. The billing is what killed the deal here for me. I'm not excessively knowledgeable about dental plans, but I've been told that mine is a very good one. Despite this, this dentist still manages to bill over what is covered and organizes the payment categories where parts are not covered. These procedures were not authorized or necessary and although the amount to allegedly be paid out of pocket (covered by some strange new patient certificate or something) was minimal, I don't have the time to be dealing with these financial shenanigans. The receptionist and admin staff there is both not very understanding (you have to book months in advance) and not very helpful.

The Dentists in the office seemed competent and caring for patients. The office personnel seemed little too anxious to collect money from patient rather than from the Insurance provider.

I found Dr. Ezaki to be very professional. The facility was top noch. He is a great dentist very informative on every step.
