Dr. Goon is a caring dentist who always does an extraordinary job in making sure I am well taken care of. His work is precise, least painful and done right the first time.

I've been going here since 1989 and love the office. I once had to switch to an insurance plan that the office didn't take and had to use a different dentist. After 1 visit to the other office I cancelled the insurance and went back to Dr. Goon's office.
I was willing to pay cash just to stay with his office. Luckily now my new employer offers an insurance plan that lets me stay with Dr. Goon.

Office personel are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Wait time for a scheduled appointment is always less than 5 minutes and even for an emergency appointment I was seen right away.

Facilities and customer service is great. But, I was in severe pain after the treatment.

This facility does not keep apoointments with patients. It is Ok for the dentist to chage the patient a fee when the patient is unable to show up for the appoinment, however, this dental office waits until you arrive for your scheduled appointment to inform you that your appointment was canceled. How unprofessional is that?

I had great experience at Dr, Goon office. He and his staff were very courtious and helpfull.
