This Dr. is only ok with light work such as cleaning. The minute when it comes to real, professional work such as determining the cause of pain, tooth extraction etc... he dodges the work or refers to specialists. He billed my insurance for the 2K to redo a crown (several times) that I had for over 20 years while I have no pain or problem whatsoever with that crown. I developed severe pain for several months and I ended up loosing a major molar because he fractured it while removing the old crown. I had to go see a specialist by myself to know that fact. I now have to look into a dental implant for 2500USD. I contacted him and asked him to pay for my implant and he ignored my letters. If you want to be exploited by a complete incompetent, greedy dentist then go ahead use his service. People come to him because they think they're saving money (he doesn't collect deductible) but they will pay more eventually because he will charge unnecessary procedures and bill insurance. Just think about it. Do patients always understand all the obscured medical terms for the procedures stated on an insurance claim made by dentists? Also, his office is equiped with outdated equipments compounding with his bad skill result in disasters.
About Hygienist: Hygienists are polite and ok but they mostly don't know what they're talking about, either. His facility are on the dirty side and the toilets are horrible. It's worst than toilets of a dirty restaurant.

I used to hate dentists, but with Dr Bui, the office atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, and there is no pain! He redid the crowns on my front teeth, and the difference is really amazing. He made a huge improvement in my smile.

I and my family (and friends) have been using dr. Bui for many years and we are 100% satisfied. They are nice people too.

Dr. Bui is very kind and understanding and pricewise made possible what other dentist offices wanted to charge me a fortune for. He does excellent work. I would recommend him everyone.

My only hesitation in giving this review is that I almost don't want to share Dr.Bui with the rest of the world. This Dr is top notch and so are his assistants. Cleaning or major dental work, Bui gets it done right. Dr and his assistants have a heavy hand yet maintain precision when doing their work. I make the drive from South County to Westminster where the building/neighborhood isn't exactly Coda De Caza, but once inside his office, the effecient staff, the diversity of patients, the nice decor, current magazines and the flat panel displays placed around the facility -- you'll almost forget your at the dentist, let alone Old OC. If you pay attention to what's being said around the office, you"ll often hear the Dr complementing himself on his work, to the sarcastic groans of his staff - pretty funny stuff.
Most impotantly however Dr Bui does extremely good work -- Gets It Done!
