Read Reviews for Dr. Terence Kilker
Dr. Terence Kilker was insensitive, inappropriate, and unprofessional. In my opinion he has a God complex.

Extremely competent. Stays current with technology and leading new materials that continually improve. A little pricey, but quality of workmanship is extraordinary and the patient benefits enormously in durability of crowns, fillings and appearance.

Dr. Kilker is an excellent dentist. I've been privileged to be his patient for over 20 years and I could not recommend another doctor higher! My late father was a practicing dentist for 45 years so I have a unique appreciation for professional skill and talent. His office staff is very courteous and his assistants are highly professional in every way. His patients speak very highly of him. Dr. Kilker earned several awards for operating excellence that my father attained when he attended USC Dental School. I am fortunate to have only the best doctors looking after my health and that certainly includes Dr. Kilker.

I have been going to Dr.Kilker for 5 years and he does excellent work. The staff is efficient and friendly. I am a nervous patient and they always do their best to make me comfortable.
About Hygienist: The hygienists at this office are the most thorough that I have ever had. I've seen all three and they are the best!

I have had many procedures done from cavities to crowns to implants. Dr. Kilker & staff have been compassionate and caring. Chair-side manner is excellent. When I had to have 3 teeth pulled, and implants made, I was was well taken care of, and I left with a temporary bridge until gum implant healed. I love Dr. Kilker and his staff.
About Hygienist: Bobbi is a great hygientist. She is so concerned about any discomfort I might have - and I have gone through deep-cleaning and root planing more than once.

I would never recommend Dr. Kilker. He doesn't run on time, his relationship with his staff is strange, and the front office is not professional. They do not handle billing correctly and the fees are to high. The staff is not accomidating at all. I have had multiple crowns and filling and they always need root canals. Now, at my new dentist I know this is not normal.
I would never recommend this office.

While the dentist is not one of my favorite places to go, the entire staff at Dr. Kilker's office is outstanding. Dr. Kilker has a great sense of humor which makes treatment bearable.
The office staff is great at billing the insurance and working around your schedule to get you in. The entire office is very time oriented. They run on schedule. This is always a plus in my book.

Dr. Kilker does excellent work, some of the best I have ever seen. However, his staff is discourteous, rude, unprofessional, and ultimately make the entire experience of going to the dentist's office even scarier then it should be. Never mind the expensive billing on simple cavity work, I have been talked down to by the staff, been dismissed without getting to see Dr. Kilker himself, and hung up on while trying to make an appointment. Going to the dentist is scary enough for me, I don't need to feel bad about the people who treat me, so I am no longer a patient of Dr. Kilker's office. I found a more patient and caring group of professionals, which is a shame because Dr. Kilker is a talented guy - with a horrible staff that ruins the whole experience.

Dr. Kilker was an excellent dentist. My family no longer uses him however since his front office staff was repeatedly rude, condencending and insulting. My current dentist has great customer service by all the staff. Dr. KIlker's office manager told my son he could not see Dr. KIlker any more, then she rudely commented to me, and two years later when my daughter continued to see Dr. Kilker she was horrible to her when she needed to change an appointment time. She was more than happy to lose our whole family as a customer, and all recomemdations we might have given friends. We have not had any problems with staff at other dentists, doctors, eye doctors, etc. What a loser a great dentist employs!
