After 5 years as a customer, my insurance changed. At my next cleaning I asked if my new insurance was accepted, and the receptionist said yes I would be covered. However, she was wrong and now I have a bill for over $300 for a cleaning! How is it my responsibility to make up for her mistake? After refusing to pay the bill, I have been threatened with a lawsuit, wow what great customer service. I just want to bring it to the public knowledge that it is possible to be sued for a $300 cleaning that you shouldn't even be liable for due to mistakes made at the front desk.
About Front Desk: Front Desk incompetent to review insurance coverage and hold the patient liable for the cost it incurred. Disrespectful over the phone when trying to resolve the issue.

About Hygienist: Ran late and had to reschedule my appointment after waiting 20 mins in the waiting room on a previous visit.

Dr Pyne and his office staff are so warm and friendly. My small nieces and nephews have gone to him and he's a delight with them all. He put in 6 of my crowns 18 years ago and they are all intact and in great condition! He's never suggested a treatment that was not required.
He's careful about cost and has always been willing to accept payments.
