I'm okay with Dr. Zimmet. I appreciate the directness and getting the job done. I've asked for certain things and Dr. Zimmet has been there to get it done. The comments about unfriendly struck me as someone too touchy. I don't go to the dentist socialize or be patronized. Being direct and to the point does not translate to not friendly in my opinion. I do have a lot of confidence in Dr. Zimmet's knowledge of dental practices.
About Front Desk: IMO, too much phone transfer and calling different numbers for dentists in the same office. They do seem to really know their business about insurance and getting part done well. I've never had a problem with them trying to charge more than the insurance allowance either.

Dr. Neil Zimmet is a horrible dentist! Not friendly at all! It was so painful, and all it was was a teeth cleaning!! He should not work at COMFORT Dental!!! I am never going to him again!! Time to find a new dentist!!
