I had Dr. Loustalet do two crowns on my teeth. While she was doing them, she was talking with her assistant about what they should order for lunch, and what the assistant had done the night before, and anything else other than what she was working on (MY TEETH!!).
The crowns wore through in about six months and I had to get both of them replaced within a year. I did some research and found that crowns should last for up to 30 years.
I brought a lawsuit against Dr. Loustalet and Perfect Teeth (her employer at the time). Perfect Teeth settled out of court for all the money I was asking.
LORRAINE LOUSTALET SHOULD NOT BE ANYONE'S DENTIST!!! She caused me a whole lot of pain, she was unprofessional, her chair-side manner was casual and dismissive. The office staff was very similar in their attitudes and manner.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR: Don't go to this dentist.

she gets easily distracted, i had a root canal and she was treating 2 other patients at the same time, this at comfort dental,
so she had to inject more anesthesia of course...
lame, not recommended.
