WHATEVER YOU DO… Do not EVER go to Dr. Birnbaum for ANY kind of treatment!!! She is incredibly rude to both her staff and patients. I was dismissed from care for an issue she did not discuss with me before hand and when I tried to resolve the issue, she refused to speak with me. Her receptionist told me how badly she treats her patients and employees and that she recommends I “find another dentist” because she is so terrible. Dr. Birnbaum performed HORRIBLE dental care on my teeth also. Or, should I say her dental assistants. I got fillings on my teeth and they feel out THREE times in 2 months. Dr. Birnbaum never even attempted to do them herself even after they failed, but continued to have her assistants put them in. She also made a crack in my tooth bigger by shaving it down and then “fired” me as a patient when I asked if I would have to pay for the filling on that tooth because I believed it might be caused by her care. Let me make a disclaimer that I never write reviews online but I needed to this time because NOBODY deserves to be treated like this as a patient. If you want to have a pleasant experience in which your Dentist actually performs high quality dental work on you – DO NOT GO HERE – WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!

Very rude dentist. A repair man tried to help her and she blew him off while he was explaining what the course of action was going to be. Front office lady is cold and callous.

Dr. Birmbaum and her entire staff are extremely pleasant and efficient. She has done a wonderful job on my crowns.

Anne's personality struck me as overconfident and she was slightly abusive. I grind at night and she didn't let me forget it. My final visit she messed up a filling that I had to go back twice to have repaired in the subsequent days. The worst part was that she made me feel like it was my fault. I NOT suggest giving Anne your business. There are plenty of other dentists in town.
