I called his office today & the woman answering the phone was unbelievably rude. I simply asked if he was seeing new patients with Colorado Medicaid. She asked if I needed a cleanin' or if I had a problem. She also said if it was a cleanin, (not cleaning), I would have to wait until the beginning of next year. My teeth were cleaned a few months back & I need a different dentist than the dentist I saw. I did not need a cleaning, I needed to establish a dentist in Boulder. She said in that case, No he does not aceept Medicaid. This horrible woman hung up on me! I need a dentist who I can speak to & with about my teeth, which I work hard to keep in good shape. Who does she think she is? I will write a personal letter to the dentist. This is so wrong. Hanging up on a potential patient!

I have always felt that Scott will give me the best information about treatment options and he is conservative. He is not always out there pushing unnecessary treatments or procedures just for the money.
