My 4 year old son had his first Dental exam with Dr. Bertsch. The Dr. and his staff were caring and proficient. We only waited a few minutes in the waiting room. The receptionists were helpful and polite. I also had a cleaning and exam. The hygenist who perfomed my cleaning was extremely gentle and efficient. As a matter of a fact, I was so relaxed that I got sleepy. My overall experience was great.
