Dr. Cockrell has been our dentist for many years. He was recommended to me after a very bad dental experience. He saw me on an emergent basis and I was at ease immediately. A dental experience comes down to trust many times and I have learned to trust Dr. Cockrell in many situations with dental decisions and dental health. My husband also sees Dr. Cockrell. We have recommended Dr. Cockrell many times with confidence.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had a root canal done and it didnt take! Got a specialist's opinion and it wasn't done right! Cost me extra money to have it redone by someone who knows what they're doing.

Dr Cockrell is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. It is easy to get an appointment and the staff is very thorough and efficient.

Nothing but problems since we joined his practice with everything from the service provided to problems with the billing. They over charged for services and didn't place a crown correctly. Had to go in three times to get my crown fixed. Temporary crown broke within half an hour of leaving office and they implied that it was my fault. They later apologized for the mistake. After the permanent crown was placed had issues with my bite. The response was to chissel away at the molar above the crown which I now have problems with as well. While I was there, two other patients also came in to get problems fixed. Know this because could hear the conversations in the open rooms. Only one hygienist seemed truly concerned about getting my crown repaired properly and getting my billing fixed. It has been five months and the billing still has not been corrected. Everytime I get a bill for services, I call the office and the response I get is don't worry it will be handled. One would think that everything would be "handled" by now. Very unprofessional and uncaring. Would not recommend. Office is new and clean in new location but that is about the only positive thing I could say about the practice.

I have had filings and peridontal work. He is wonderful!! He really cares about his patients.

He is the BEST Dentist I have ever had, & I have gone through many!
His work has always been superb and the staff extremely friendly!!!!
He has never made me feel uncomfortable about my teeth, which I'm already self conscience! It has alwasys been a relaxing & enjoyable atmoshpere. (your thinking..DENTIST enjoyable..I know, I have always felt the same way. You are not alone!!!
(tip: BONUS: you have your choice of a great selection of movies & no one else will be disturbed! ( I have never had that option before) AMAZING! I'm just so excited to have the oppurtunity to share this w/you!!!!
An amazing friendly staff! They are all # 1 in my books! Don't take my advice...give it a try yourself!!!

Dr. Cockrell has been my denstist for a little over a year and i actually look forward to a pain free, relaxing experience!
