I went to see Dr. Cook for an emergency root canal but she would not treat it! I had to wait for her to return in a couple of weeks or go elsewhere. I choose to go elsewhere. I was in pain!!! Lack of regard for her patients totally!!!!!!!!! I would never go back! Too insensitive for me!

Simply awful. The root canal Dr. Cook performed was handled very badly, did not heal well, and required several adjustments. She was very unhelpful during the entire process. Now her phone is disconnected and she is nowhere to be found. Probably a good thing...

Dr. Cook is fantastic. I was so worried about haivng two root canals, but she made it painless. I highly recommend her.

Great experience. I had a root canal and I was very nervous but everything went well Dr Cook was very professional and put me at ease. The only problem I have had is the receptionist calling my house 4 times for a bill. I had the service less than a 1 month ago! The bill is only 150$. They are treating me like it is over due or something... I am not very happy about this customer service.

Dr. Cook is a wonderful endologist and dentist . Her procedures are virtually painless and her deamour is very relaxing and enjoyable. I could not be going to a better doctor.
