Dr Smith and Dr Earlender are top notch docs. They both care yes actually care about your comfort.

Very good office personnel and hygienists. Dr Smith is very personable, outgoing and knowledgeable. However, their costs are extremely high when compared to others in the Colorado Springs area.

Dr Smith is a wonderful Dentist and his Staff is wonderful. He gets the work done quickly and well and my children are relaxed in the chair.
