Horrible experience!!! Over priced services in general. The finances and their vacation schedule were of main concern and very much secondary to patient needs! Extreme unprofessional business handling from office manager and Dr. Baxter unwilling to return phone call requests in relation to conflict. Practice unwilling to accommodate financial arrangement and treatment plan agreed upon for a substantial cosmetic case. The office mangager retracted agreement the following day, leaving a vm asking for 100% prepayment due to their immediate upcoming extended holiday vacation and need to order supplies and cancel clients on my behalf to fit me in the following week???
I was in disbelief!!
I offered to prepay upon their vacation return, the day before my appointment after financing was established as was initially agreement upon. Unbelievably they declined and would not keep my appointment that was extensively planned for with my work schedule and financing etc.!!
Up to this point I had invested significant time in treatment consults, money and extensive treatment planning with this office to be treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism!!
Their greed and unprofessional business dimeanor is very apprant and appalling!!!

One of the best dental experiences! I always feel comfortable and welcome every time I come into the office. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Very expensive, lots of marble and first class surroundings, kept on charging me more and more for work. Nice dentist. Still have had problems that were either never addressed or were continually being charged when it should have heen covered under her very exorbitant rate structure.
About Front Desk: One of the women up front was nice and personable. The other... cold and indifferent.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist until I walked into Dr. Baxter's office. Dr. Baxter and her whole staff put you at ease and make you feel comfortable immediately. I would never go to another dentist again!

This woman is an artist! Staff extremely friendly- great place- can't say enough about the whole experience- the best!

Dr. Baxter and her staff are pleasant and professional. The offices are very nice and extremely well equipped, so much so, that it makes me wonder how much higher my bill needs to be to pay for it all (do I really need to be able to watch a movie while having my teeth cleaned?) They have always been friendly, professional, and willing to answer my questions. Dr. Baxter does tend to push the luxury items, particularly on the cosmetic side, but that is where she seems to want her practice to be positioned.

Dr. Baxter and her staff are far and away the best my wife and I have ever had. She is gentle and thorough. Very professional and a joy to be around. The staff is all very professional and friendly. The office is immaculate and teh work is first rate. We wouldn't even consider another dentist.

Dr. Baxter is awesome! Now I have the smile I have always dreamed of. Dr. Baxter and her staff attended to my every need in a relaxed and spa -like atmosphere! (She also has all the movies that I could think of ever watching!) There is never any pain when the hygenist cleans my choppers. Thanx Dr. Robbie Baxter, now I am proud of my smile and love to show it!
