Dr Caldwell is the only dentist i have ever had that can make a shot pain free. I m so glad i found her, had a crown fall off I called her office she did not know me from adam and she got me in the same day put a temp on for me. Both my sisters now go to her as well! Love her

Crooks - all my work was performed by a dental hygienist but charged at the dentist rate. I complained to my insurance company... keep looking!!!!

I was very pleased @ the awesome staff there @ the office.
I was nervouse about having a tooth pulled. They were all so calming and wonderful. It was quick and painless. They took care of my insurance, I didn't have to worry about a thing. They were very informative and helpful. I would/will reccomend this dental office to any and all of my family and friends!!!

I bring all 7 of my children here. The best customer service and the most gentle care I have ever seen as a parent and I have been parenting for 23 years!! Extremely clean and polite office and staff! We love this office and especially this dentist!

She is the best dentist I have been to. She is fun and cares about her patients. Her employees are outstanding. She understands what she is doing and does it very well. Her knowledge is immaculate. When she is doing a procedure, she does it to perfection and tries her hardest to do it correct the first time. I have never seen her have to repeat something for a second time.
About Hygienist: Jasmine. She is amazing. She is fun and kind. She is the best hygienist I have been to. She does not leave your gums throbbing after she is done. She tries her hardest to be as gentle as she can but still does a great job.

Dr. Caldwell was extremely unprofessional which made my dental experience very uncomfortable. There are many many reasons why I feel this way. Such as: I made more than one appointment just to see her to discuss my treatment and address any questions I had. Both times I went in I didn't even get a chance to see her. She always makes you feel like you are wasting her time. I definitely would not recommend her.
About Hygienist: The hygienists do good cleanings but they are also very unprofessional. There is a lot of gossiping going on in the office about the Dr. and other patients. It makes you wonder what they have to say about you when you leave.

I was referred by my doctor and I have to say Michelle is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have referred many people to her, know people that go to her, and everyone has great things to say about her. I highly reccommend Michelle Caldwell and will be going to see her again.
About Hygienist: Cheryl was my hygenist and she was awesome. The whole office is very easy to develope relationships with.

I was referred to Dr. Caldwell when I was in dire pain from needing 2 root canals. I didn't have ANY insurance, we had lost jobs and our home. She extended us credit, did all the working needed and allowed us to make payments that we could afford.
Anytime I have been in pain, she has done what she could to alleviate it - whether it be oral medication, a local anesthetic injection to keep the pain at bay for awhile, etc. .
I trust Michelle and have referred others to her as well.. My son loves going b/cause she has dish service in all rooms as well as the waiting room.
FYI: I drive from up in Thornton down to her in Lakewood.

Dr. Caldwell is a wonderful dentist. She is very personable, kind, caring and makes you feel like a valued, important customer. Her office is very family-friendly and her staff follow her example - rendering efficient, caring treatment. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dentist with whom to build a long-lasting relationship.

Beware!!
Office is run like a daycare with screaming babies and children inside. There were many interruptions while I was having my teeth worked on and overall gave me a headache while trying to relax while getting worked on.
Office staff was Very un-professional and not very knowledgeable when compared to just about any other Dr's office I have been to. ( I have been to alot of dentist in different states. )
It seemed they were more interested in providing child care to the screaming children than taking care of their paying patients.
Dr. Caldwell was very nice, but she needs to run her Dental practice like a Dental office and not a daycare and hire better help.
No good magazines either
