He did not complete a root canal which ultimately resulted in having to have expensive further treatment to inlcude oral surgery for an extraction of remaing tooth, a bone graft and an implant. W/out the implant, I would have lost 2 more teeth.
He also snapped a tooth (previous root canal) off at the gum line and permanently cemented on a temporary crown that was a different color and was placed in crooked. This has also ultimately resulted in the need of an implant, after failure of other previous expensive dental work.

I knocked my front tooth out late one night and Dr. Costa opened his office for me after hours! He is a very sweet man and if it wasn't for him I would have no front tooth. He's the best!

DR Ben is one of the best if not the best dentist I ever had very
good at giving shoots he does it with care and patience. For those of you needing oral surgery again he has made my visits very relaxing.Dr. Ben loves to laugh and have fun all his staff are great. you never get the usual lectures as most dentists like comfort dental and place like that he cares very much about your dental health and advises you but you make your own decesions on what you want done.In all Dr. Ben is one outstanding Doctor but more than that a great person....Thanks for everything DR. Ben
