What can be said about a dentist who cares so much for his patients. I don't even feel like a patient, by now we are friends. The office is beautiful as is Chrssanne behind the desk, always there to greet and make you feel special. Joy keeps me on track with my cleanings
and cares for the general health of my teeth, plus she
is very personable. Kathy has been there so long and
always cares for the person in the chair. Dr. Hagen is caring, always making sure you aren't in pain, keep me honest he says. Always explains what he's doing and gives you a break just when you think you can't hold out any longer. No one else cares for his patients like he does. I would not go to anyone else.

He has been and is one of the best in his field. Always takes into consideration the needs and financial issues involved in working on teeth whether cosmetic or restorative.

We saw Dr. Hagen and he continued to perform procedures without disclosing what his charges were and when I ask to pay after my visit the billing person said they woudl just bill us. I asked about cost and she was not sure -- I received the bill and for just a normal visit and cleaning mor than $400!!!! Obviously we stopped seeing him as soon as we were provided any transparency into his charges. we have a wonderful dentist now!

Dr. Hagen is extremely professional and runs a friendly, customer-oriented business. He is very competent and his dental assistant is very good. Great place if you hate pain and like extras.
