Dr. Quandt and the dental staff are great. I have been a patient for over 30 years. However, their current office manager is very rude and uncooperative and has no idea of what patient service and customer service is all about. It's very unfortunate that such a great dental office has to endure an office manager that is so uncaring and unprofessional to the patients.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. I have been a customer since I was a child. I moved and returned. It was the best thing I have done.

I have been seeing Dr. Quandt since childhood. He is honest, works quickly, and the results are excellent. It is a small family practice that has been in the same location for a long, long time. He also has great relationships with other specialists in the building (who have also been around for ages). The office is clean and simple, and I've never had to wait long for my appointment.
About Hygienist: Mrs. Quandt is the best hygienist in the business, hands down. Extremely gentle and thorough -- I have had cleanings elsewhere and left not feeling completely clean, so I always come back to her.

Dr. Quandt is a great dentist. Prior to him, I had had several bad experiences with different dentists. Now I go every 6 months for checkup and everything is great. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Dr. Quandt is honest about your teeth. He is a great dentist and I recommend him all the time.
About Hygienist: Karen does a great job cleaning my teeth. She makes the office visit comfortable and is very thorough. I actually look forward to the visit. Yes, I actually look forward to a dental appointment.

Dr. Quant's chair-side manner is rather brusque and distant. The rest of the staff is very pleasant and efficient. The office has limited hours.

Dr. Quandt is awesome. I came from a small town and he is exactly what I was used to having. Someone I could trust and didn't try to make me have procedures done that weren't necessary.

He is an older guy.. Made me a little nervous at first, telling me that because my filling fell out and I had a little deterioration of the tooth, that the nerve was probably dead and I needed root canal.. Later in my visit he backtracked and re did my filling and did a very good job.. However, he gave me 4 shots of novacaine before my tooth could be worked on.. Obvioiusly through my pain, he realized that my tooth was alive and well and did not need a root canal.. The guy did good work as the filling is fine, but was a nightmare through the process.. I will probably only use him for cleaning and checkups going forward...
