$91 bill for a cleaning. I'm in my mid 50's and not once in my life have I ever been billed for routine cleaning. He insists it was for an exam (not the cleaning) that took 5 minutes, which is about $1800 hour. They insist I owe. I won't be back and will discourage friends and neighbors too.

I called Dr. Utberg’s office for a teeth cleaning appointment. I got a less than friendly reception from Nicki who wanted recent x-rays. I gave her info and she said the earliest the office could schedule a cleaning was 6 weeks. When I showed for the cleaning I had many forms to fill out and had a long wait. When finally seated they measured gum pockets, put a wand in my face & took a picture! I was then told my teeth would NOT be cleaned because they did not have x-rays. 2 hours for a trip and wait were wasted.
I never met Dr.Utberg, I don’t know if he is a skilled dentist but I talked to him on the phone and he said I could stop be and pick up my x-rays which I did. I got my teeth cleaned elsewhere.

I had a filling replaced, which they completely botched. They removed a silver filling, refilled the tooth with amalgam then proceeded to grind almost all of the new filling back out so the nerve was painful. I now will have to have the tooth removed or get a root canal and crown because of their bad work. Then, they charged me a fortune above and beyond what my insurance would cover and were extremely rude and sassy to me. DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE PEOPLE.

my dental experience with this office has to do with billing
they did $ 370 Dollars worth of work according to their
invoice and turned $ 1545 over to collections before
finshing the work contracted.

Best dental experience I have ever had! They are so attentive & caring. Not pushy AT ALL! From the moment I called on the phone until I walked out the door I felt right at home. I was in need of some crowns, which I had already known, and Dr.Bob Utberg made real clear which were a priority & which were not. I recommend this office to everyone looking for an office that goes above & beyond your expectations.
About Hygienist: I saw Tammy & she was so gentle. I have friends who have seen the other ladies & speak highly of them as well.
