I would give a lower rating if I could. Front office staff is not providing accurate information to patients. They do not contact insurance, provide inaccurate/partial information to patient and end up billing patients. Do not believe what is being told by this dental front office. Please verify directly with insurance. Not a reliable place for dental service.

Excellent Dentist. Very nice staff. Although, the receptionist should be more courteous to the patients. Seems that she is miserable working there.
About Front Desk: As stated above, seems miserable in her job, and not the friendliest person to greet.

I've been looking for a new dentist and Dr Hayes was recomended to me by a co-worker. Both himself and his staff were fantastic. Everyone was extremely professional and nice. I highly recomend him.

I lost a section of my veneer/bonding material (which was completed elsewhere). Dr. Hayes perfectly matched my veneer and beautifully finished my front teeth--as if nothing had ever happened. He and his staff are excellent!
