I let this man talk me into changing my silver fillings to white fillings after he told me my silver fillings were cracking my teeth. Now, I have just been told that I have to have two root canals in two of the teeth he filled. Plus I lost another molar that he filled. Not happy!
About Front Desk: Front desk was great (Beth), but shouldn't have come to this office to have the problems I'm now having.

Always great, always professional, always chatty, always take care of the insurance stuff (I've never even had to think about my dental insurance it's just taken care of), they play with my young daughter when I have an appointment so I don't have to get a babysitter as I work full time...wonderful experience.

The treatment from Dr. Rodrick was pain free, from the numbing gel through the finished procedure.
I had some tough work needing to be done and Doc has great hands, gentle and careful.

I have always had excellent service from Dr. Rodrick. He explains all procedures and makes every effort to insure my comfort before and during any procedure. He is professional and his staff reflects the same professionalism as well as a high level of customer service. Insurance matters are handled by his office with no effort from me other than providing the insurance information. I would not hesitate to recomment him to anyone requiring dental care. In fact, I have recommended him several times in the past few years.
About Hygienist: Thorough, professional and takes a minimum of time, though does a good job. Never any discomfort.
