I was treated for a routine check up and had a cleaning. Was told my teeth were in good condition. The day after the cleaning I began experienceing pain in my jaw it continued to get worse over the next four days, until I could no longer sleep at night as the pain was so severe. I went to see Dr. Vetowich to find out what the problem was, suggesting that perhaps I had an infection due to a piece of equipment that might not have been cleaned properly or perhaps when they did the cleaning they damaged my gums. The Dr. was so rude he told me that obviously I had the "infection" before I came to him, (not true as I was in perfect health). He did not even have the courtesy to see what the problem might be, he said "this conversation is over" turned his back on me and over his sholder said "good luck". How a so called "Dr." could abandon a patient is horrendous. I had to go to another Dr. immediately as the pain was so great I could not even lay down. The Dr. gave me an antibiotic, x-rayed the area and told me that if the pain did not receed in a couple of days to check with my physician.
