I had a filling come out and needed it redone. It had been some time since I went to the dentist due to some childhood trauma. The first filling repair went ok, except that it came out about a week later. I went in to have it fixed and he proceeded to work on it without any anesthetic. I was shocked that despite telling him my aversion and history with going to the dentist he would do this. The next day I canceled my appointment for another filling. The next week, the filling came out AGAIN! Although I liked Dr. Sullivan as a person, his work as a dentist was not satisfactory. The filling he replaced had been in my mouth for about 20 years. He had two that came out in a span of about 2 weeks. On top of it all, I got a bill almost two months later, although in his defense, he didn't know the filling came out a second time. Once I told them, they zeroed out my bill.

Good Dentist. Friendly office staff. I hate going to dsentists, but this office was actually enjoyable.
