He is the best dentist I have seen in over 40 years. He is patient, explains procedures, possible outcomes, and knows what he is doing.

Dr. Drouin is the best dentist I have seen in over 20 plus years. He is great at explaining what he is doing - which reduces the anxiety of going to the dentist. He is always polite and easy to talk to - unlike some other dentist. Great Job Doc.

He seems extremely rushed as he and his partner Dr. Ridolfi bounce between patients. Their work is inferior - something that is no secret in Cromwell. I had gum work and root canal work done, and experienced a whole host of unnecessary problems. Unfortunately, I found out too late.
To make matters worse, they WILL squeeze you for money - every last dime, as they quote you one price and bill you and your insurance company another.
Stay far away from them.
