Very professional, took me for an emergency, work smoothly done, no pain at all! Very impressed with him.

i was running 10 minutes late for my appointment the day of my root canal and I called to let the office know...their response was "then don't come we can reschedule you for 6 weeks from now." totally unacceptable seeing how every time I've been in his office I've waited 15-30 minutes either in the waiting room or in the exam room to see him. It have 2 small children and taking time to do something for myself is rare. they should have been more understanding. I'm angry!

Needed emergency root canal on New Years Eve Dr SChapiro waited for me fixed the problem then called me at 9 pm to check on me. A real mensch!

I had a root canal procedure by Dr Schapiro. The procedure took 2 visits. The 1st procedure, I had NO pain...NONE!! Didn't feel the needles to numb me! Equipment was new technology as he used a microscope to see the work he was doing in my mouth. Returned in 3 wks as requested. Had some sensitivity in the tooth. When numbing this time, I felt it slightly. He completed the procedure. 2 days later...It feels perfect!! He did a great job. Very professional, very kind and concerned. I was impressed that he was very polite to his assistant too, please and thank you!! The staff were all helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Schapiro for a root canal and would return if needed again....hopefully not to soon!!! LOL

I had a bad toothache and Dr. Schapiro's staff was very helpful getting me in that day. Dr.Schapiro worked late into the evening to get me out of pain. He then called me personally to make sure I was doing okay. I strongly recommend Dr. Schapiro.

I have received 3 root canals from Dr. Schapiro and only have positive comments about my experiences. He is highly skilled, caring and extremely gentle. I have always been fearful of dental work, but I was very comfortable in his office. His staff is also very nice.
