Dr. Vosburgh is kind, considerate, caring, and professional. She is a wonderful human being and she does outstanding work. She is attentive to details, takes the time to get to know you as a person and provides a quality product and service for a reasonable cost. I have had other dentist compliment me on the work she has done on my teeth. I would recommend Dr. Bonila any day of the week to anyone.

Facilities are a bit out-dated. Good bed-side manner, and puts patients at ease. Close to my home.

I have never had such a terrible experience at a dentist or doctor. It took Dr. Bonilla-Vosburgh more than 2 hours to do a simple xray and a complicated filling. She doesn't have any assistants, and uses equipment that is probably about 30 years old. She put on a pair of gloves when she started and did not change gloves even though she touched things all over the room. She didn't even manage to complete the filling properly so I have to go to another dentist. Her assistant uses a cell phone to make and receive all calls. Her assistant called me at 9 PM the night before the appointment to confirm that I would be coming in - probably because they didn't have anyone else booked.

Dr. Bonilla-Vosburgh and her staff are the most helpful and pleasent dental professionals I have ever worked with. My first experience with Dr. Bonilla was dealing with a tooth that required a root canal. During my first visit Dr. Bonilla thoroughly examined my tooth, took time to explain the next steps and answer all of my questions. It turned out that I needed a root canal and crown. The first endodontist I went to for my root canal made me uncomfortable, so Dr. Bonilla met with me free of charge to discuss my options and refer me to a different endodontist. In addition to Dr. Bonilla's willingness to help her patients get the best possible care, she is also very straight forward when it comes to costs. Dr. Bonilla worked with me to determine the best plan of action for my tooth taking into consideration cost, recovery time, and cosmetic appearance. Also, I can't say enough about her staff. They are very knowledgeable and make patients feel comfortable and cared for. I strongly recommend Dr. Bonilla.

I have the Patriot Dental Plan. This dentist gave me shoddy service and what amounts to a so -called "cleaning" . I had a thorough teeth cleaning in the past when I had dental insurance. Her work is below standard. Sometimes I wonder if these dentists intentionally give patients shoddy service because they know they have to charge less.
Also her staff speaks such poor English that I can hardly understand what was said.
