This man shouldn't be allowed within 25 feet of a drill. His prices are outrageous ($325 for a simply drill and fill) and therefore he desperately tries to push on you all sorts of tests and treatments. He told me I should be tested (by him, not an oncologist) for cancer of the tongue, which is certainly a first. I neither use tobacco nor drink much alcohol. He allegedly found 3 cavities, the most any dentist has ever diagnosed me with. I consented to their being drilled and filled, only to find he'd done FOUR teeth. He admitted the 4th tooth had no decay, but said it had been ground down over the years past the enamel so he simply took it upon himself to drill it and fill it without asking my permission even though I was quite conscious. He then dared me to sue him, knowing it's hard to get a lawyer to malpractice case over a wrongly drilled tooth. Are you rich? Like pain? Like having perfectly good teeth drilled so they can cause problems years down the road? Then Dr. Carmi is the man for you!
