1. A crown on the back tooth took visits over a year before comfortable. The crown seemed to me to be ill fitting from the beginning.
2. A front tooth bonding was done poorly two times. The first time, the bonded tooth was not shaped and hung over the tooth next to it. A redo that day resulted in a bad color that was too opaque.
3. It was strongly suggested that I have all my silver filling removed even though I have had no problem with them.
4. I was told that i had a tooth with a pocket of seven or eight and I should have a deep cleaning by the hygienist at a cost of 500 an hour for three hours. My new dentist said my pocket was four or five. I decided if I needed a deep cleaning, I would get it from a periodontist. My current dentist does not think I needed it.

Super dentist. Compassionate and non-condenscending.
He explains what needs to be done but there is no pressure to go through with any procedure outside of the norm.
Parking garage services are horrible but I won't change because of this small inconvenience.

Dr. Chick has been treating me for years, with consistently excellent results. He and his staff are professional, courteous, capable, friendly and *prompt*. They never keep you waiting - I don't know how they do it. Dr. Chick carefully explains the pros & cons of dental treatments being considered, and has not steered me wrong yet. I have a fairly complicated dental history, and am not the easiest patient in the world, but I have been delighted with every aspect of my treatment at Dr. Chick's office. He is highly recommended.
