Found Dr. K on google after searching for a new dentist after not really liking the last 3 dentists I d gone to. So I had to follow up and say that Dr. K is great. He and the staff are incredibly nice and extremely competent. I had a very good, gentle visit for a standard cleaning. Appointments were easy to make, they kept to the time without keeping me waiting. I d known I had a cracked front tooth for years and needed a veneer. I got no pressure from Dr. K but advice and recommendation that I then followed up with another appt and even though I had an extreme amount of anxiety the visit went very smoothly. He also restored one of my implants. I d also been told by last dentist that I had a cavity...turns out it was a small chip that Dr. K ensured didn t need a filling. Hats off to his thorough exam vs. the prior dentist rushing through it and just jumping to the easy fix. Highly, highly recommend.

I am NOT a fan of dentists, but Dr. Konigsberg is top notch. He is always willing to take time with his patients to answer any questions or make sure they are happy. I had to get a new night guard and he worked with me for four visits until it fit me just perfectly. I’m not sure about costs since my insurance covers the cleanings, but the night guard was very comparable to my old dentist. Even if he weren’t in my insurance, I’d continue to use Dr. Konigsberg!
About Hygienist: The dental hygienists that work in the office are super - friendly and thorough. My teeth always look great when I leave and I do not feel my mouth underwent major construction. All of the people that work in this office are just great.

I've had regular hygiene cleanings, filings, crowns and a night guard made all in Dr. Konigsberg's office. His staff is friendly, experienced, and thorough. They take the time necessary to do a great job with your long term health as their primary goal in mind!
About Hygienist: Usually hygiene appointments are given a full hour and are very thorough!

Dr. K was my dentist for years - I went three times a year for a check up w/o any problems. Before Dr. K, I was afraid to get work done on my teeth besides filling a cavity because of high anxiety. He not only made me feel comfortable, but did a great job on my veneers. He is old school, prob. has not gone digital - but, been living in Vegas since 2004. Staff was nice as well.

I went to Dr Konigsberg because he was listed as one of the top dentists in the Washingtonian. I was VERY disappointed! While professional, he was rather cold and impersonal. After a cursory introduction, he had his dental tech work on me. She was so rough the procedure was the most painful I have ever experienced! The cleaning resulted in multiple mouth ulcers. When I told Dr. Konigsberg, he denied that would be possible. He also insisted I purchase very expensive mouth guards (another dentist said I did not need) and talked to me like I was a child. He referred me to one of the highest priced entodontist in the area. (I liked the orthodontist even though my root canal resulted in the inability to open my mouth for 2 months! I had to return to Dr. Konigsberg for the crown. He treated me like I was a hypochondriac (I really tolerate pain well...generally never even use novicaine!) and tried to open my mouth when my jaw was in spasm! He treated me like I was an annoyance in his day! The crown he made did not fit well and I had to return a number of times. How can this be the same guy others rave about? Did his staff write the reviews? Would not use Dr. Konigsberg EVER again!

Dr. Konigsberg is fairly expensive, but WELL worth it. He is really an artist, as well as an extremely gifted dentist. I highly recommend his work. As a bonus, his office has great view of the Potomac! Very relaxing...
