i have been to many dentists in many states (artist vagabond) and i have never met such an artist, a perfectionist, a personable caring professional in any medical field. I gladly pay (no insurance) for his services. I save and then go in for the next tooth adjustment. His referrals have been good but the real amazing part is that his office runs like clockwork due to the lead of Jose and the other staff. I could do without the parking costs but it is worth it to see the art collection besides the work done.

Amazing -- I'm kind of a stickler for customer service, and doctor/dental offices are always hard for people because they're scary, but I can honestly say this is probably the best customer service I've ever gotten. Ever. Anywhere. And I'm not being over the top, I don't ever write these review things but I feel like I should because I know it's hard to find a good dentist you trust and feel comfortable with, and these guys actually made me WANT to go to the dentist. Fantastic, and he really knows what he's doing.

Dentists stress me out. I generally suffer from uncontrollable shaking and complete anxiety hell from the time I enter until quite a while after it's over. That being said - Dr. Jani and company created the best dental experience of my life.
When you get there it's more like a salon. The dental areas are away from the main area so you don't hear drills (which is what starts the shaking) and they have nice music going to relax you. After filling out my paperwork I was promptly taken back and received information about how my teeth currently looked and what the possible treatments could be. I have options? That's NEVER happened before! Generally all dentists I've seen just do what they feel is right whether or not you're completely on board.
Throughout the procedure (I had a cavity which required my nemesis the drill) Dr. Jani made sure that I was as relaxed and as comfortable as I could be. He worked quickly and didn't try to have a conversation while his hands were in my mouth (one of my biggest pet peeves); however, he did take the time to make sure that I knew what was happening and knew my options.
I made an appointment for a couple of weeks from now for a cleaning and I wasn't in a fit of nerves from having to do so. At the end they completely explained exactly the costs of my visit and what was going to be covered by insurance and what I was going to owe. Even if I didn't have insurance to cover it I thought it was incredibly reasonably priced (I called many places looking for a dentist and many were just ridiculous). I'm terrible at understanding insurance so it's nice to have someone go over all of it so that you can actually understand.
If you have to see a dentist in DC I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jani!

Dr. Milliron is a great guy. He explains what's going on with your overall dental health. Nice personality!
About Hygienist: Great service, good dental techs. They get you in and out FAST. Very customer service-oriented.

The office staff is great and the dentists very attentive. They can perform all the procedures in their office and have appointments available to schedule you.

I began seeing Dr. Milliron when he just started his practice. I initially chose him because he was the closest dentist to my work. 15 years after my initial visit, I am still seeing Dr. Milliron even while living in different states. His knowledge is very impressive and he is good with educating patients. All of his hygienists are wonderful - skilled, gentle and painless. All equipment appears to be the latest in technology - especially the CGI, 3-D animated software that he uses to examine your teeth.
Dr. Milliron is very busy, as expected of a successful dentist, but he never makes you feel rushed. Whenever I had a concern or question, he always took the time to address it and make sure that I understood the situation.
Cost appeared to be reasonable, and I never had any problems with insurance claims. Once, I visited him when I wasn't covered by any insurance, and he gave me a discount from the normal rate. Those working at the front desk are always helpful. They have been around for a while, and the low turnover is a good sign that the support staff like working there.
Last I checked, he wasn't taking any new patients, but if he has any openings, I would highly recommend him to anyone who works or lives nearb

The offices are great and the staff is wonderful. Dr. Milliron is great, friendly and does excellent work. Best dentist I've ever had in Washington, DC

Does superb work. I have had no problems whatever. High regard for patient comfort. Pleasant and well appointed office. Excellent hygienists, careful about their work, offer valuable advice. Friendly and efficient staff. They file insurance claims.

I have never left a review for a dentist, but felt that I needed to for Dr. Krishna Jani. He is amazing. I am a real pain "wuss" and his chairside manner is absolutely wonderful. He made me feel so comfortable, didn't mind my wincing occassionally and constantly gave me positive reinforcement during my 2 on-lays and filling replacements. He is great and I am so glad my friend/colleague turned me on to his office. As long as I am in D.C. I will be going to them. Joe, the office manager, along with the rest of the staff are extremely professional and act like you are their best friend. I feel that their negotiated rates with the insurance companies is very good as well....much less expensive than what I experienced in Chicago!

I've been going there since 1997. The office staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. Milliron is probably the best dentist I've been to in 40 years: he is patient, compassionate and has very good manners.
