I have been coming to this practice for over 10 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The office staff are super friendly and provide top notch customer service for a variety of needs anywhere from providing a quote for services needed, to payment plans, and ensuring from start to finish the insurance payment process. Dr Singer is friendly, warm, and take the time and care to make any procedure, whether a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, a comfortable experience. They only recommend what is needed, and never try to "upsell" unnecessary procedures. I have had implants, venners and even gum surgery and thruoghout the whole process Dr Singer has been wonderful. I love their pet therapy, it helps me relax and feel at ease. I recommend him highly without any hesitation. THANK YOU Dr. Singer for giving me such a beautiful smile!!!!

I've had some gum grafting done by Dr. Singer. He may have a good knowledge of what needs to be done, but the execution was poor. My first grafting failed, and I had to do it again. It was very painful and I was poorly informed about the different techniques (new vs. old fashioned) and the pros. and cons. of different kind of gums. In addition, he also let his assistant finish the sewing while all other periodontists will do everything from the beginning to the end.
The financial handling was also very fishy. His assistant told me that I wouldn't have to pay any single penny since my insurance would pay more. She gave me a much lower estimate than what she billed to the insurance, which is supposed to be their trick to get paid more from the insurance. But at the end, she sent me the bill with $8000 more than what she quoted to me. His cost was almost twice as expensive for much poorer results compared to the best periodontist in DC.
I learned my lesson. Don't let a general dentist do any surgery! One can't be good at everything.

Dr Singer and his staff are the best! Due to some unpleasant experience in the past with other dentist, I was reluctant in my selection of a dentist. Needless to say I needed a lot of work. I found Dr. Singer's office staff very accommodating, professional and friendly and the office itself has a beautiful relaxing environment not to mention that he has invested in state of the art equipment to better diagnose and manage his patients. Dr. Singer was fantastic; he was very thorough and took the time to properly explain any exams and procedures I required. I was very impressed with his obvious dental skills and knowledge as well as his charismatic personality..... What a seamless and pleasant experience!

Dr.Singer and his staff are great. I've been a patient since October 2005. As a professional, I'm very confident in my career, experience, and education but was very unhappy with my teeth. After going to a small town dentist for the first 18 years of my life, I swore that I'd never go to a dentist again. Now......over 18 years later, I found Dr.Singer. Lots of work needed to be done and I'm still not finished. Coupled with my previous fears and doubts, I'm not the easiest patient in the world but Dr.Singer and his staff have made it enjoyable to visit the dentist.....even when I'm going through a major procedure! After much research, seeing pictures of and speaking with other patients, as well as witnessing him in action, Dr.Singer is the absolute best. Not only are his skills top-notch, his personality puts you at ease, he's very patient in his explanations and suggestions. He wants you to look pretty (or handsome) and does what is necessary to help you repair and maintain the health of your teeth and gums while providing options for improvements. Dr.Singer and his staff are a one-stop-shop.

I went to see Dr. Singer a little more than a year ago and chose to wait to post my results. Overall, the visit was fine. He and his staff are very nice and professional. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The dogs running around were a little disconcerting at first, but I got over that quickly. The problem came when it was time to leave. Dr. Singer had performed a process of basically filling in where my teeth had erroded away. I was not informed how much the visit would be, nor how much I would be required to pay. Imagine how shocked I was to learn that I owed almost $3000 - due immediately! The worst part of the experience is that after about a year, the work he did has chipped away so severly that I am now having to consider veneers. I was very pleased with the work he'd done upon immediate completion, but recently when a couple of friends told me they were going to see him, I regretfully had to steer them away. The three of us are now seeing a friend's dentist and are very, very pleased.

Dr. Singer and his staff are the best! I am a 25 year old professional woman who lives in DC and has always been self conscience of my smile. I have had several experiences with different dental professionals thorough out my life because I have always had problems with my teeth. I am in the process of getting a variety of treatments done to make-over my smile. I came in with braces that I had on for four years and in a matter of two visits I have received four implants and a crown lengthening surgery that has improved my smile already. He also has of course taken over my orthodontic treatment that has also improved extremely in a matter of two visits. It is an experience just to watch step by step my smile transform. Dr. Singer and his staff are the answer to my prayers. Not only is Dr. Singer very educated and experienced in his profession but he makes you feel extremely comfortable, his staff is professional and courteous to say the least and the office is clean. I have never been so impressed and satisfied with a dentist since I have come to his office. Dr. Singer is an exceptional dentist who is gifted & talented and I encourage anyone to try his services.

I felt very at ease during my entire appointment at Dr. Singer's office. His staff was very welcoming and helped me with any of my questions. He also has the cutest pet therapy dogs! They really helped me to relax during my appointment. Overall my dental experience was very pleasant and I would recommend Dr. Singer to all of my friends!

My entire life I felt like I didn't have the smile that represented who I was. Now, that Dr. Singer put in ten veneers and increased the size of my teeth, I have a Hollywood smile that gets noticed and I get told daily that I have an amazing smile. Dr. Singer was extremely calming and walked me step by step through every part of each procedure. The office is extremely friendly and they are equal to the talent of the Doctor they are workign for. I consider Dr. singer more of an Artist than a Dentist and would recommend anyone wanting the best in the field of cosmetic dentistry to him. Having a terrific smile is something that everyone should be able to experience!
